Urgent as want to finalise this weekend‼️
My housemates are moving out to move in with boyfs/travelleing, but I have found replacements for 2 of the rooms! So now there is 1 room available. It is a 4 bedroom house with Kitchen, living room, spare room and sun trap patio, an approx 8 minute walk to tooting broadway.
Room Available is on the ground floor with its own bathroom. Has no window but a door to the garden. The room is unfurnished but some furniture can potentially be bought
I have been here for the last 2 years and looking for a a friendly chill person to join who would be up for the occasional house outing but also respect eachothers downtime ❤️
About me - I am 26 work in Fashion and am pretty easy going
I work full time in the office Mon-Fri and always up for trying new restaurants, pubs etc
The two other girls are 24 and met through gals who rent, both super lovely and chill!

There is a deposit which will be 5 weeks rent and referencing will need to be done by the landlord so must be in full time eployment
