Lovely double bed room in friendly Tooting flat

I'm looking for a flatmate to join our 2-bed flat!

A bit about the place: We're less than 10 mins away from Tooting Broadway station and close to the high street, which means shops and everything are a quick walk away! It's one floor, with a small patio area outside that's ours to use. The neighbours are lovely and we're right above a cafe that is always happy to help out with parcels, etc.

The available room is a spacious double. My room has an ensuite, so while the toilet is shared, you will have the shower and bath for yourself (I'm not a bath person so big plus for whoever is moving in!) Shared living room and kitchen area, the room itself will be part-furnished, and the landlord has a bed that can be moved in.

All in, bills come to around £110 each per month (cheapest council tax, we love!) and the moving date would ideally be the end of October (from the 26th). Rent for October - early November will be partly shared between the current flatmate, and then full rent will start from 11th November.

I'm a 27-year-old professional, so am looking for a professional of a similar age or above to share the flat with.
Would love to find someone who’s clean, respectful of shared spaces, and independent, but also up for the occasional dinner, glass of wine, or Netflix night together. Ideally, you’ve got your own friends and life in London but are happy to share a chat or a laugh at home! :)

Looking to book flat viewings on the 6th, 7th or 13th of September. Can also look at the w/c 29th - early October!
