Lovely double bed room in friendly Tooting flat

My flatmate is moving out so I'm looking for someone to move in at the end of October!

📍 Flat is in Tooting Broadway, less than a 10 minute walk from the tube and less than 15 from the train station
📍 Fully furnished flat and yours would be a semi furnished double/ queen room - we also have a lovely outdoor patio that's just for our flat

There's a shared bathroom, but I have an ensuite so the bath would be completely yours 🛁Shared living room and kitchen area, the room itself will be part-furnished, and the landlord has a bed that can be moved in.

All in, bills come to around £110 each per month (cheapest council tax, we love!)

A bit about me: A little bit about me: I'm a 27 year old professional in the creative industry, friendly and clean, love the gym and being active, as well as museums, films, etc!

Would love to find someone who’s clean, respectful of shared spaces, and independent, but also up for the occasional dinner, glass of wine, or Netflix night together. Ideally, you’ve got your own friends and life in London but are happy to share a chat or a laugh at home! :)
