It's 1 minute from Tooting Broadway tube which goes straight into central London. All of the amenities you need are within a 5 minute walk - big Sainsbury's, restaurants and bars, leisure centre etc.

I own the flat and also live here. I am 34, work in central London every day and am easy going and friendly and the flat is homely and cosy. I've lived with spare room flatmates for a long time and always had a great experience. I am ideally looking for someone to rent the room during the week but open to full time for the right person (rent would be £1100 including bills).
