Double Room in Tooting – 5 mins from Tooting Broadway

A spacious double room is available in our flat in Tooting, just a 5-minute walk from Tooting Broadway tube station (Northern Line).

The flat has a shared living room, plus a spare room that we use for storage, drying laundry, or as extra space when needed (the pull up station thing in the spare room will be leaving with me when I move out). The kitchen and bathroom are shared, and the flat is fully furnished with everything you need.

You’d be living with one flatmate, Nick (I’m moving out, but my current flatmate is staying). He is in the office Mondays and Tuesdays and works from home the rest of the week. We’re a relaxed household — we don’t really have parties, and we generally enjoy just chilling and watching tv. That said, we’re easy-going, so if you like going out and come home late, that’s no problem at all.

We’re ideally looking for someone, considerate, and easy-going who values a relaxed environment. This would be a great fit for someone who wants a comfortable base close to transport links, shops, restaurants, etc.
