A cosy double room, super close to Tooting Broadway station.

This room is on the first floor facing over the back end of the house and comes furnished. It comes with a bed, desk and chair, chest of drawers, wardrobe and shelving. There is space underneath the bed for storage.

We all found the house on spare room and have become close friends since - we would love to find someone who would also like to be friends. We have the odd house dinner and tend to spend evenings watching TV or playing cards together however of course respect each others privacy. Queer friendly household.

We have 2 toilets and 2 showers. Our landlady and local handyman are very responsive. We have a tumbledryer, large dining area, comfortable kitchen and living room and small garden at the back of the house.

Rent (£774) doesn’t include bills but bills are roughly £90 per month. Total cost for the month comes out at about £864.

The current housemates are Abby (26, graphic designer) Isi (25, support worker) & Anna (24, actress) who are all friendly and down to earth and looking for someone like-minded.

The room will be available from the 1st of October.

Things we enjoy: gardening, pints, university challenge, pickling, trashy TV, arts and crafts, playing cards at the pub, amateur DIY.

*Move in date may have to shift to a week later than stated due to some mandatory work that needs to be done on the house, we don’t know for sure yet as our landlady still needs to let us know but we will update when we have the info*
