Flat mates:

Living in the flat is Rachel, Niamh and Alex (me) who all know each other through uni/mutual friends. We are a friendly, sociable and relaxed house. We all work mainly from the office and are ideally looking for someone mainly office based too.

Flat:

The house comes with a separate kitchen, and really spacious living room with a great tv, lounging and dining set up. We have 1 shared bathroom which is nice and modern.

The large and airy bedroom gets the morning sun and comes with a double bed, huge wardrobe and shelves.

We really like to keep the flat nice clean, tidy and cozy so are looking for someone respectful who cleans up after themselves and chips into the house chores!

Location:

The flat is located 5 minutes from Tooting Broadway (northern line) in a quiet residential street but off of the main high street so close to all of the supermarkets, shops, pubs and restaurants etc. Tooting overground is only 15min walk away for the thameslink.
