Looking for easy going, cat loving lodger

Large room in quiet but friendly flat between Tooting Broadway underground and Tooting overground. Fully furnished with desk, chair, small double bed, chest of drawers, shelves etc. Would suit mature/postgraduate student as not available in the summer holidays when our son comes back from uni. We are a programmer and an NHS scientist and have three cats and a small garden. Council tax, gas/electricity, water, TV license and high speed broadband included.
