✨2 rooms in Tooting Broadway from October✨

Hi!! My 2 besties are sadly moving out in October due to moving abroad :( so I have 2 rooms available from 23rd October in a lovely house in Tooting Broadway.

Room 1
* The biggest room in the house with looooads of storage.
* £893, bills on average £120ish.

Room 2
* A smaller double but has lots of storage and can still fit a desk to WFH!
* £816, bills on average £120ish

I’m looking for
* 25+girlies. Looking for girls a similar age to me. Ideally someone likeminded, to be friends not just housemates. (No students sorry)
* Someone clean, tidy and respectful of the shared house.
* Has their own things going on but also keen to socialise as a house and become friends

About the house/area
* Living room/ kitchen space that leads out to a great back garden.
* 1 bathroom with a big shower.
* About 3 mins walk to Tooting Broadway station (zone 3) and bus stops - super close which is ideal for safety.
* 2 mins from Broadway and Tooting Markets with loads of great food and drink spots.
* Aldi, Lidl and Sainsbury’s all within a 5 min walk.

About Me
I’m 28 and work as a beauty buyer, so I’m naturally really into all things beauty and wellness. Outside of work, I love cooking and trying out London’s restaurant and brunch spots. I’m not a big drinker so you’ll usually find me spending time with friends doing wholesome activities instead.

I’ve picked up all the classic late twenties hobbies: running, hiking, and even a bit of gardening. I also enjoy reading, baking, and anything creative. I’m tidy and like to keep a nice, clean space. I’d really love to live with likeminded girls who share a similar lifestyle and want to make the house feel like a home together 🫶🏼
