I’m so sad to be leaving this amazing home after many happy years. I’m only moving out because I’ve bought a flat, otherwise, I’d be staying forever! It’s been the perfect base in London, with the loveliest housemates you could ask for.

A really spacious, bright double room with plenty of natural light and loads of storage space.

✨ The House
• Three-storey property with lots of space.
• Huge kitchen/dining area - perfect for cooking, hosting or just hanging out (and never feels crowded).
• One WC downstairs, plus 2 bathrooms upstairs - no waiting around for showers.

• Patio garden with a shed - perfect for summer BBQs and outdoor drinks.

✨ The Area
We’re right in the heart of Tooting - such a vibrant neighbourhood with amazing food spots, the market, cafés & pubs, plus great transport links into central London.

✨ The Housemates
The girls are an absolute dream - a great mix of personalities, easy to live with, fun, and considerate. There’s a lovely balance of being social together while also respecting each other’s space and having our own lives.

✨ Bills & Cleaner
Bills are currently around £70 per person per month (subject to change with energy prices).
We also have a weekly cleaner, which we take turns paying for - this works out at around £51 per person every 6 weeks.

This home would be ideal for a friendly, professional female looking for a warm, relaxed and happy place to live in London.
