Room available from 17th February in Tooting Broadway/Earlsfield.

- £770 + bills (usually around £60/£70 depending on the month)
- Deposit is £800

Our housemate is moving out so you’ll be living with myself, George and Gavin. We’re all 24/25 and young professionals so looking for someone a similar age and working who will stay until the tenancy runs out in October 2026. We’re a laid back and tidy house that likes to chill in the evenings together but also have our own lives and friends in London already.

The Room 🏠
- Comes with a double bed, bedside table and wardrobe that is stored on the landing for extra space in the room. There is also a built in cupboard on the landing used just for this room so plenty of storage.
- There is no desk but potentially room for a small one if needed.

Other 🏘️
- The kitchen and living room is open plan, modern and bright with big French doors that lead out onto the garden.
- Two bathrooms and showers.

The location 📍
- The house is on a quiet residential road so barely any traffic noise etc.
- Tesco Express is a 3 minute walk away, Retail park (with Lidl, Greggs, Starbucks) is a 10 minute walk away or you can support the local boss man with a 30 second walk.
- There's multiple bus stops less than a 5 minute walk away with routes all over SW and towards Victoria and Waterloo.
- Earlsfield station is ~10 mins walk away (15 mins to Waterloo).
- Tooting Broadway Station is about a 15 minute walk or a 5 minute bus journey (7 mins to Clapham, 20 mins to London Bridge).
