- £770 + bills (usually around £60/£70 depending on the month)

The housemates 🤪
Our housemate is moving out so you’ll be living with myself, Laura and Ronan. We’re all 24/25 and young professionals so looking for someone a similar age and working. We’re all very friendly and sociable and like to chill in the evenings together, although we also have our own lives and friends in London already, so whether you’re down for a good old natter or some alone time we’ve got you covered!

The house 🏠
- You’d be taking Ronan’s old room (pictured below) as he’s moving into the downstairs one.
- Comes with a double bed, bedside table and wardrobe (although Ronan’s chose to keep this in the hallway just outisde his room for more space), probably not enough room for a desk unless it was a small one.
- There are 2 bathrooms, 1 downstairs and one upstairs so you’d only be sharing a shower with one other!
- The kitchen and living room is open plan, modern and bright with big French doors that lead out onto the garden - absolute sun trap in the summer😍

The location 📍
- The house is on a very quiet road so barely any traffic noise etc.
- Tesco Express is a 3 minute walk away, Retail park (with Lidl, Greggs, Starbucks) is a 10 minute walk away.
- There's multiple bus stops less than a 5 minute walk away with routes all over SW and towards Victoria and Waterloo.
- Earlsfield station is ~10 mins walk away (15 mins to Waterloo)
- Tooting Broadway Station is about an 15 minute walk or a 5 minute bus journey. (7 mins to Clapham, 20 mins to London Bridge)

It’s a really lovely vibe in the house so we’re looking for someone who wants to match that and is a good laugh!
We’d love to go for a drink or meet up to get to know eachother a bit first and viewings can be done from next week - if you’re interested drop us a message!
