A cosy, double room available in a charming Victorian house in Tooting Broadway.

Our housemate is moving out after 3 and half great years here to move in with her partner. The room is situated upstairs and faces the garden which gets a lot of sunlight through out the day. The garden itself is lovely and perfect to have in the spring/ summer. The house also has a spacious living room to hang out in and watch TV. The kitchen has plenty of storage and is big enough to allow multiple people cooking at once, which is great when having a nice catch up with the girls after work.

The bedroom comes with a double bed, a bedside table, a spacious wardrobe, a desk and chair (ideal if working from home).

There are 4 bedrooms in total and you would be living with 3 lovely girls and one adorable cat called Oswald. The 3 girls are all working professionals, with one currently working from home 2 days a week. It is an incredibly peaceful and tidy house, the girls are so genuine and lovely and they are looking for the same when selecting their new housemate.

The house is an 8 min walk to Tooting Broadway underground station and 10 mins to Tooting train station. There are also many bus routes around the area so it is very well connected. The area itself is great, it feels very safe and has plenty to offer. It’s a short walk to many supermarkets (sainsburys, aldi, lidl) and shops like TK Max and primark. There are also lots of wonderful cafes, pubs and restaurants nearby offering a range of different cuisines. The wonderful Tooting market is also a short walk away.

Rent : £655 per month- it is the cheapest room in the house. Rent has only gone up in £25- £30 pound increments each year

Bills : Roughly £70 per month

Deposit: £690 (plus some back-pay on water bill + tv licence paid annually) + £50 agency name change

Move in date: 7th October
