Looking for a replacement

Dear all,

I am currently looking for a replacement of the last two months of my tenancy, which billboards will request for you to extend your license agreement for another 6 months, that if you want too.

The company that deals with the tenancy is called BILLBOARDS Uk.

Rent: 799
Deposit: £799
Bills: included
Stay: 2-6 months

Transportation:

3-5 minutes walk from Tooting Broadway tube and bus stops

**I have a large clothes rail, laundry cabinet, desk and kettle. If you want those things just let me know I’ll leave them in the room free of charge. (If you do want pictures of those items don’t hesitate to request them pictures**

The reasons for leaving:

Is to be closer to family as there’s been personal issues/Tragedy that have occurred.

**Side note: if you require the room earlier I could potentially accommodate your request.**

Current flatmates:

There are 8 rooms within the house, 5 males and 2 females.

All the people within the house are very kind and decent people, from all walks of life. I have genuinely loved living here but unfortunately due to my circumstance I have to go and support my family.

If you do want this place, I will then put you through to billboards uk, or you can contact them directly if you’re serious, and wish to secure this room, before anyone else does. Remember first come first serves.
