Bright Attic Room in Tooting Broadway

A bright and spacious attic room is available in a 5-bedroom house on a quiet road, just a short walk from Tooting Broadway station. I’m moving closer to family due to personal reasons.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, clothes rail, and two chest of drawers. It gets great natural light and is quiet and private, being located in the attic. Rent is £900 per month, including all bills. Minimum stay is 2 months, with a maximum of 6 months. The room is available from October 1st; however, if you require the room earlier, I’m flexible on the move-in date.

You’ll be sharing the house with four friendly male professionals. The house has a shared kitchen, bathroom, garden, Wi-Fi, and washing machine.

The location is great, just 6–7 minutes walk to Tooting Broadway station (Northern Line) and 2 minutes walk from Tooting Market. Nearby are plenty of shops including Sainsbury’s, Aldi, and Tesco, plus cafes, restaurants and bars.
