Sadly my housemates are moving out so I’m looking for two new people to move in! I love this flat and its location so really want to stay for longer! Move in is for the 17th of October then the contract is for 1 year with a 6 month break clause.
The flat is split across the top two floors of a three storey house. The first floor has a living room, separate kitchen, one of the bedrooms and a bathroom. The second floor has two bedrooms and another bathroom. Also v lucky cause this flat come with a garden even though we’re not on the ground floor, so is v good for dinner and bbqs outside in the summer! Bills have been fixed at £110 a month each (inc council tax) and should hopefully stay the same.
The flat is really homely, bright and spacious! It’s also in a really good location, on a residential street just off Mitcham Road, which has lots of cafes, restaurants, pubs and shops. It’s 200m from Tooting Broadway tube station on the Northern Line and 400m from Tooting station. There are bus stops really close going to Wimbledon, Earlsfield, Streatham etc etc and you can walk to tooting common, which has the lido.
The rooms:
Room 1:
Good sized double room on the first floor with two built in wardrobes and lots of cupboards. Plenty of room for a desk and nice view of the garden. This bedroom basically gets sole use of the downstairs bathroom (which has a toilet, bath and shower). Room comes with built in cupboards & 2 wardrobes, chest of drawers and bed.

Room 2:
Slightly smaller double room on the second floor. Room is really cute and shares the upstairs bathroom (toilet and shower) with me. Room has surprisingly extensive storage in the eaves and built in cupboards. Also comes with chest of drawers and bed.

I’m Alice, I’m 28 and work as a social worker! I’m originally from Norwich but I’ve lived in London for a couple of years now having been travelling and working in New Zealand before. I enjoy going out for dinner and drinks with friends, morning coffee walks, lido trips and exploring new parts of London. I’m social but also am partial to a puzzle or painting by numbers in the evening after work!
Looking for some friendly people to move in where we can be social and chill watching tv or go to the pub together but also have our own lives!
