3 rooms in a 5bed Tooting Broadway Houseshare

Looking for 2 (or possibly even 3) people to join me, Georga and Leah in a gorgeous 5 bed, 3 bath Tooting Broadway House share.

We have viewed the flat on Tuesday and we’d like to send an offer on Wed 17th, the morning of Thursday 18th the latest (the earlier the better, as the agent said we’d have priority over other people if we can send an early offer, before other people view it - so far we’re the only ones yet)

Rent - aprox. £740 a month per person, but could be more or less (670, 700, 780? - happy to discuss price depending on room sizes and the amount of flatmates - 5 or 6)). Total rent is 3700. All rooms are double bedrooms.

Bills - approx a £100 per person, but the house is in the Wandsworth Council, which has incredibly cheap council tax, so might be less.

Council Tax: Wandsworth Council Band D

Move in date: now - the house was just put on the market and previous tenants have moved out, so we’d be able to move in as soon as the referencing process is finished

Tenancy: 12 month contract, through an agent that manages the property.

Location: It’s an 8 min walk from Tooting Broadway Station, located on a quiet residential road, but super close to the high street with loads of shops (Sainsbury's, Lidl, TKmax), the tooting market etc.

Access info: The whole house is refurbished and located on 3 floors (ground floor, first and second floor) with a bathroom on each level (15 steps from the ground floor to 1st floor, and 1st floor to 2nd floor, one step to get through the front door. ) Huge open plan kitchen and reception room, with a cozy garden.
Furniture: Unfortunately currently unfurnished, but I’ve asked the agent about it, and we can ask for the furniture to be provided by the landlord in our offer form and see if that’s an option.

Little bit about us:

Leah: I’m 25, Aussie, I work in the film industry and love everything creative. When I’m not working you’ll find me at the gym or baking something for everyone to enjoy. I love a good Netflix binge equally as much as a pint at the pub. Super social but respectful of people’s spaces and downtime.

Georga: I’m 24, working in the construction industry, I am super sporty and you will find me often out for a run, at the gym or in the sauna. I love food, traveling and a good chat. I also value people’s down time.

Alicja: I’m 27, a classical harpist (I practice at home during the day, which I’ve been told is relaxing to listen to 🙂. I’m a fan of philosophy podcasts, poetry, music, going out for concerts and art events, and sharing a pint with friends; but equally enjoy quiet evenings at home. We would love to share a flat with nice, tidy like minded people, who enjoy each others's company, and spend some time together, but also have their own personal space. Always enjoy a good hallway chat. Ideally hoping to live with other creatives, but open to anyone who has good vibes.
