Single room in Tooting Broadway 😊

We're looking for a new housemate to move into our sunny single room for a while!

The house is a 10-minute stroll from Tooting Broadway station (Northern Line 30-40 minutes to central London). In addition to the high street and Tooting Market, there's a big Lidl 15 minutes away. Both Wimbledon and Earlsfield are a short 10-minute bus ride away.

🛋️ Shared Social Spaces 🌳

We have a living room and garden where we hang out, unwind, and occasionally play games or watch movies on the projector.
The garden isn't much but a convenient space to dry clothes and hang out when it's not lashing it down.

🛏️ The sunny south-facing room has a single bed, a desk, a wardrobe, and fast fibre WiFi, perfect for productive work-from-home days.

🛁 One shared bathroom, there's never normally a queue because most schedules are a tad different.

We're very near to St Georges hospital, so this house is ideal for med students, people that like hanging out in hospitals or those that don't want to wait for an ambulance. There's also two graveyards nearby if you want to be reminded that life is finite

💷 Bills are included. (Wandsworth council tax band)

Available between 13th October and 13th January. Flexible move in/out within this window.
