Double Room available in a sociable house!

Hi all! We have double room available in a 4-bedroom house in Tooting. £750 a month plus bills which comes to about £100 per month this includes a fortnightly cleaner (bills expect to go slightly up during winter months). The house has a large kitchen, garden, two bathrooms, and downstairs toilet, a living room and is a 3-5 minute walk to Tooting Broadway station. Sadly, our housemate is moving in with her boyfriend, so we’re looking for a new housemate! 🙂

Current housemates are all girls. Alessia is 24 (soon 25) and works in marketing for a Startup, Ishi is 26 (soon 27) and works in Consulting and myself, 26 and working in Advertising! Looking for someone who is in a similar age range to us✨

We’re a social house so we’re looking for a friendly housemate that can join us on our night outs, dinner parties, have few drinks with us but also respect everyone’s personal space. The house is treated like a home and we like to keep it clean and tidy, so we’re looking for someone clean, tidy and easy and fun to live with ✨🕺🏻

Unfortunately our landlord doesn’t accept students.
