Room is fully furnished with king bed, two large shelving units, large desk, shoe rack etc.

The house has a large lounge/kitchen, fully stocked with everything including an air fryer.
One bathroom that was renovated this time last year.

We have a cleaner every fortnight for communal spaces which is included in the rent. All other bills are paid monthly. Usually between 70-130 depending on month.

Located less than 5 mins from Tooting Broadway station for the northern line. Plus buses to basically everywhere within a few minutes walk.

Plenty of pubs, restaurants and take away spots nearby. Tooting Broadway market is just two streets over. House is located on a quiet one way street.

You'd be living with three lovely girls, all down for a chat here and there. It's not a very social loud house but quiet and peaceful, great for dinner with friends or a chill lifestyle.

Private landlords so they require references and proof of right to work/rent. They're great and on to it with getting anything fixed and updated.
