Gorgeous, large, bright double room in Tooting with a Juliet balcony and private bathroom. On your own floor.

Rent includes all bills and a fortnightly cleaner.

We would provide a bed, mattress, bedside table and rail.

My boyfriend and I are looking for a lodger in our 3 bed home. We love a good chat around the kitchen island and would like someone who was also friendly and approachable.

We enjoy hosting dinner parties, playing sport or heading out for a drink with friends. We both work from the office and home during the week.

The house is 10 minutes from Tooting Broadway station and 15 minutes from Earlsfield.

You would have access to your room, own private bathroom as well as the large kitchen dining area. Ideally, you would work from the office for the majority of the time but definitely happy with hybrid working.

We do occasionally have our friends and families dogs to say so a pet lover is a must!
