Creative girls looking for a flatmate in Tooting

Hey!

Me (Polly) and Ellen are both in our late 20s/early 30s looking for a lovely girl to join our flat in Tooting Broadway to replace our friend Laura who's going on her travels!

I've been here for a year, Ellen's been here for 3 years and we met through SpareRoom in this flat!

We are both creatives, Polly in Radio and Ellen is a costume maker so we love to have crafty evenings over a glass of wine. We are both sociable, love festivals, music, cooking and a good old Netflix crime documentary.

The flat is 10 minute walk to Tooting Broadway station. There is also parking with a permit.

The room is small but fits a double bed, a rail and chest of drawers depending on how you want to organise it!

There is a seperate toilet and shower. We spend a lot of time in the lounge and we've brought together the furniture in the living room ourselves (mostly Facebook marketplace finds) - so you're more than welcome to make your own stamp on it too!

The room is available from 2nd November and we will be doing FaceTime calls to begin with, then in-person viewings.

Bills come to roughly £65 a month, and we share a Netflix account. We also have a quarterly gas & electric bill.
