I’m a 36-year-old professional living in Tooting Broadway and looking for someone to take the second bedroom at the begining of December. Looking for a professional, tidy, easy-going someone for the monthly rolling contract. Happy to consider short-term as well.
Location:
Less than 5 mins to Tooting Broadway station (Northern Line)
Excellent bus connections
Just off the high street – with greengrocers, supermarkets, banks, salons, shops, and all essentials right around the corner
St George’s Hospital is directly behind
Close to Wimbledon, Balham, Clapham, Earlsfield and other great neighbourhoods
Quiet street, mostly professionals living around
The Flat:
Spacious double room, fully furnished, very bright
Shared living room
Large private garden
Peaceful and friendly environment
Rent & Bills:
Rent: £1,000/month
Bills approx: £100–150/month (per person)
The room is available for long or short-term stay, and while exact move-out dates depend on the landlord, there is always a 1-month notice period in case of any change of circumstances regarding the property. The landlord is flexible with the price depending on the length of stay.
