Double room in friendly Tooting house share

I will be leaving my lovely house share in Tooting in mid-November, so need someone to take over my tenancy. The tenancy will begin on 12th November.

You will be sharing with three great, friendly but easy-going professionals - two females, one male. We also share a back garden with our lovely semi-retired downstairs neighbour.

Bedroom - cosy double room with bed, wardrobe, large chest of drawers, spacious built-in cupboard. I can leave the desk, office chair and mirror behind if you need them, too.

Bathroom - small but lots of storage, great electric shower, heated towel rail. You’ll be sharing this with one female housemate.

Other spaces
The house has a big living/dining room with a built-in cupboard where you can store things, as well as a well-stocked liquor cabinet and a TV with a Roku stick.
The kitchen is small but well-equipped (microwave, air fryer, kettle, toaster, milk frother, jug blender, slow cooker, lots of utensils/pans/cutlery/crockery).

We keep the place clean and tidy, but we also have a cleaner who comes every other week.

Great transport links - two min walk to the bus stop, five min walk to Tooting Broadway tube station. Also a short walk from supermarkets, shops, cafes/restaurants/takeaways and the famous Tooting markets. Colliers Wood retail park is also just a short bus ride away.

Rent - £612.50 a month
Bills (including electricity, gas, water, WiFi, council tax, TV licence, cleaner) - £125 a month
