A small double bedroom available to rent in a three bed house on a quiet residential street, situated between Tooting Bec and Tooting Broadway!

The double bedroom comes fully furnished, additional storage on the landing, under the bed and shares a modern bathroom. Other shared spaces are the living room, kitchen and dining area. The dining area can comfortably accommodate two when working from home. Not forgetting our beautiful garden which is a great sun trap and requires no maintenance as it is Astro turf.

The house is a great location:
- 12 min walk to Tooting Broadway
- 17 min walk to Tooting Bec
- 15 min walk to Tooting Train Station
- 12 min walk to Tooting Common
- 10 min walk to Tooting High Street which has amazing pubs, bars, restaurants, supermarket and the famous Tooting Market!

You would be living with two women, Becca (32) and Megan (26). We both work corporate jobs in the City/home. We are chilled, clean, friendly and some of our favourite things to do are socialising with friends, cooking and trying new restaurants in London. We are both pretty active and enjoy getting out and about, from a walk to running and the gym etc.

We are always up for being social but also respect each others personal space and downtime. We would be looking for someone of a similar age, socialable but has their own things going on!

Bills are currently around £115 per month and are not included.
