Hi!

A double room is up for grabs in a lovely ground-floor flat in Tooting Broadway from 8th December (may be a bit earlier)

I’ve been here for a year and a half, and it genuinely feels like home - now just looking for the right person to share it with!

The Area:

- 10 mins walk to Tooting Broadway Tube, 9 mins to Tooting Station with the nearest bus stop 4 mins away
- Close to Tooting Market, pubs & restaurants
- Sainsbury’s Local is 2 mins away
- Tooting Commons 15 mins walk

The Room:

- Bright double room with large desk, double windows, wardrobe, and two chests of drawers
- Can easily fit extra bits under the bed

The Flat:

- Spacious living room with a projector with Netflix, Prime etc (got a PS4 and a Nintendo Switch if you’re into that)
- Kitchen with coffee machine, air fryer, and loads of space in the cupboards and fridge
- Plenty of storage in the corridor (I can clear more space too)
- Washing machine + dryer
- Separate bathroom + toilet
- Flat stays cool in summer, cosy in winter
- Online property system for reporting issues

About Me:

I’m 29, a civil servant, and love music, festivals, films, pub quizzes, and the occasional lazy gaming night. I’ve got a bunch of plants too, so someone willing to water them would be amazing 🌱

Looking For:

Someone who’s friendly and tidy, happy to hang out (but I also understand the need to recharge).

Usually take turns cleaning, but I’m open to whatever system works for the both us.

- Bills around £150/month
- No deposit!
- Credit checks carried out (minimum income or guarantor)
- Starting viewings from next week
