Hello! Unfortunately I am leaving our fab 4-bedroom house in Tooting Broadway to move in with my boyfriend so looking for a girl to replace me!
The house is fab, super modern and c.3 minute walk to Tooting Broadway tube station!
The room is £750 a month plus bills which comes to about £100 per month (slightly more in winter) and this includes a fortnightly cleaner
The house has a large kitchen, garden, two bathrooms, plus a downstairs toilet and a living room
Current housemates are all girls. Alessia is 24 (soon 25) and works in marketing for a Startup, Ishi is 26 (soon 27) and works in Consulting and myself, 26 and working in Advertising! Looking for someone who is in a similar age range to us✨
We’re a social house so we’re looking for a friendly housemate that can join us on our night outs, dinner parties, have few drinks with us but also respect everyone’s personal space.
