Spare room in friendly sociable house

Room available from 1st November
(move in date can be flexible, any time from 1st-23rd November is possible)

- £810 + bills (usually around £60/£70 depending on the month)
- Deposit is £800

The housemates:
I will be moving out to live with my partner so you will be living with George, Matt and Ronan. They are all 24/25 and young professionals so looking for someone a similar age and working. It’s a friendly and sociable group who like to chill in the evenings together, although also have their own lives and friends in London already.

The house:
- You’d be taking my old room (as pictured).
- Comes with a double bed, bedside table and double wardrobe.
- The room is a generous size with more than enough space for a desk and other furniture.
- There are 2 bathrooms, 1 downstairs and one upstairs so you’d only be sharing a shower with one other.
- The kitchen and living room is open plan, modern and bright with big French doors that lead out onto the garden

The location:
- The house is on a very quiet road so barely any traffic noise etc.
- Tesco Express is a 3 minute walk away, Retail park (with Lidl, Greggs, Starbucks) is a 10 minute walk away.
- There's multiple bus stops less than a 5 minute walk away with routes all over SW and towards Victoria and Waterloo.
- Earlsfield station is ~10 mins walk away (15 mins to Waterloo)
- Tooting Broadway Station is about an 15 minute walk or a 5 minute bus journey. (7 mins to Clapham, 20 mins to London Bridge)

It’s a really lovely vibe in the house so we’re looking for someone who wants to match that and is a good laugh!
Would love to go for a drink or meet up to get to know eachother a bit first. Viewings are available on request.
