Due to personal reasons both myself and my roommate have to move out by the end of October. I am looking to fill our rooms as soon as possible. We are looking for two to take on the current joint tenancy agreement which was a year starting from July 3rd 2025 meaning it’ll end July 3rd 2026. Renewal of contract is able to be discussed before the end date.

There is also a reposit option which is a one time non refundable fee of one week of rent which is an alternative to the standard 5 weeks refundable deposit.
