Large bright double bedroom in Tooting terrace

We have a lovely double bedroom available as one flatmate is moving out.

The room is large, fitting a desk for wfh, and comes furnished with bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe.

The house itself is a three bedroom multi level terrace with two bathrooms (you’ll be sharing with one other person), and generous living room and kitchen/dining area downstairs, leading out to a terrace where we’ll often hang out and BBQ in summer.

You’ll be living with one couple and one single, all friendly professionals who work hybrid jobs, and are keen to have someone integrate into the house.
The house is generally quiet during the weeks and on weekends we’ll join for dinner, drinks or the pub.

The house is around an 8 minute walk to Tooting Broadway or a 6 minute walk to Tooting Train Station, making it a great location for anyone needing to commute.
It’s also nearby the great cafes and restaurants of tooting.

You’ll be taking over the current lease which is until March 2027.
Bills come to around £100/month.
