Room in Girls Flat in Tooting

We are looking for a flatmate to replace me in our girly house from the 7th December. It is a 3 bedroom, large bathroom, joint living room kitchen, with a garden and a spare room for storage. The room comes with bed, chest of drawers, sofa and desk. There is a separate room with wardrobe space/laundry.

Well connected area, 5 minute walk to Tooting Broadway tube station, tooting bus stops, amenities including supermarkets, gyms pubs and restaurants, and Tooting Market. 20 minute walk to tooting common.

Bills come to around £100 a month (gas, electric, water, council tax, and wifi). On-street parking is available with a permit.

Beth is 30 and works in the cosmetic industry and Clare is 26 and a nurse.

They both have their own lives but catch up in the flat when they can. We want someone who wants to make this a home - it’s definitely not a party house but we will host friends for dinners etc! We are looking for someone who is clean and considerate of others.
