I’m looking for someone to take over my lovely double room in our friendly Tooting Broadway house. The home is a cosy 4-bed with a garden, located less than 5 minutes walk from Tooting Broadway station, and close to the Market, lots of great pubs, cafes, and shops Tooting has to offer!

5 minute walk from big Sainsbury’s
5 min walk to the gym
Lots of shops like primark and Superdrug just a 5 minute walk away
GORGEOUS Pub literally 30 second walk awa

👯 The Housemates
You’ll be living with 3 lovely girls. Two Irish and one aussie who are all working professionals aged between 24 and 32.

The house has a friendly, chilled vibe, and the girls enjoy going for drinks, chatting, and chilling together as a house. They’re looking for someone who’s easy-going, tidy, and sociable to join the home - but also someone who also has their own social circles ☺️

🛏️ The Room:
The room is really bright (even on dark winter days!) and comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers. There’s also plenty of space for a desk if you’d like to work from home. Happy to leave mine if you would like it!

There is two bathrooms in the house so you will only be sharing with one other girl ☺️

Also the house has a little garden which gets fab sunlight throughout the day.

Rent: £900 per month
Bills: Roughly £80 per month
