We have 2 spacious double rooms available in a welcoming 4-bedroom flat share (total of 4 tenants). Ideal location on the Northern Line - Tooting Broadway Station.

The flat is located very near Tooting Broadway station on a quiet residential street. Tooting market is also nearby! Tooting Broadway station is a 5 minute walk, and Tooting station is around 15 minutes away. Plenty of small shops nearby, and you can find larger supermarket’s like lidl and Sainsbury’s on tooting high street.

The rooms are decent sizes and unfurnished apart from a wardrobe in one bedroom.

You’ll be sharing with two girls, Martha (27) and Sabrina (28), who both usually work from home 2-3 days a week as well as 2 cats. They're super friendly, social, and enjoy the occasional pub nights, as well as chilling at home. Looking for two females of a similar age who’s sociable and enjoys spending time together in the evenings but also appreciates their own space, and also enjoys the company of cats.
