Two bright, spacious double rooms are available in our 3-bed house in Tooting, around a 10-minute walk from Tooting Broadway. I’ve been here for 3 years and genuinely love the place, only moving because I'm moving in with my partner. James, the other housemate moving out, is moving to New York.

Fergus, the other housemate, is an engineer working in tech, and is tidy, easy going and socialable. He’s been living in the house for just under three years.

Costs:
Rent: £950/month
Bills: approx £80/month
Council Tax Band D: approx £30/month

The house has 6 months left on the lease, but the landlord is great and very likely to extend if you're keen to stay longer.

Move-in:
- My room (Room 1) is available as early as you need, and I can be flexible as I don’t have a strict move-out deadline
•⁠ ⁠James’ room (Room 2) is available from the start of December if needed, but ideally the weekend of the 20th of December.
