Bills: approx £80/month
Council Tax Band D: approx £30/month

The house has 6 months left on the lease, but the landlord is great and very likely to extend if you're keen to stay longer.

Move-in:
Available 1st Jan, but can be flexible since I don't have a hard deadline on moving out.
