The room is relatively small, but with good storage.
Current flatmates are social, easy-going and enjoy watching sports (football and rugby), going to the pub and hanging out. Looking for someone who is happy to join in.
Flat is kept tidy
Parking requires a permit, which can be easily obtained.
Very close to St George's Hospital (3 min walk)
First floor flat in secure housing block.
Neighbours are quiet.
Short walk to Tooting + Tooting Broadway markets with lots of good food stalls and bars.
Flexible on move in date, from 21st December to 30th. You will be taking over my place as the 3rd tenant.
