Double Room Tooting Broadway

I’m looking for someone to take over my double room in Tooting Broadway in a 4-bed all girls house.

The room is available from around the 7th of December, and the move-in date is very flexible. Rent is £820 per month (excluding bills, which are around £90). Rent is due on the 11th of each month (depending on move-in date, payment may be required to cover other days of rent). A deposit of £1,025 (equal to 5 weeks’ of the total property rent) is required to secure the room.

The tenancy runs until 10th March 2026, with the option to renew. The house itself is super spacious, cosy, and has lots of storage. There’s also a large garden that’s perfect for wine nights in the summer🍷

- 8-minute walk to Tooting Broadway station (Northern Line)
- 9-minutes to Tooting Overground

Tooting has lots of bars, pubs, and restaurants - including Tooting Market. There are also are multiple gyms nearby, and the house is a short walk from Aldi, Sainsbury’s, and Lidl.

The room comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and bedside table. I have attached images of the room both furnished as rented, and how I’ve styled it to give a feel of how cosy it is once settled in.
