Hey, I’m moving out at the end of November and need someone to replace me in a 4 bed girls house in Tooting Broadway! Sad to be leaving after a great time living in this very well priced and great located house!
About the House: Very spacious top floor bedroom, fully furnished with a double bed and lots of storage space. 4 bed girls house located less than 5 mins from Tooting Broadway station and surrounded by shops/bars and all Tooting has to offer. 3 lovely housemates all young professionals (24-26) mostly working in the City with some days WFH. Housemates are always around to catch up with the occasional pub trip but also busy and independent with own lives.
Rent is £870 a month excluding bills, with a month rent as deposit on the yearly rolling contract. Landlord is great and not involved unless needed. Council tax is cheap (Wandsworth £20 a month each!) and bills are another £60/£70 a month. My new tenancy starts 1 Dec but I can be flexible with move in dates if needed.
