Double room in Tooting Broadway

I am leaving the lovely home I have lived in for the past 4 years to move in with my partner. The house is great, clean and spacious with a kitchen big enough for a kitchen table and a living room. The bathroom with a bath is shared between you and one other with an ensuite bathroom upstairs. The room is a spacious double with space to fit a small desk if working from home. The housemates are great, one couple who are both teachers and another guy who works in charity. We have lived together for a long time and enjoy a trip to the pub and occasional house meal but also have our own social lives. The house is a 5 minute walk to Tooting Broadway Station on the northern line and the market. Bill are around 65-75 a month. The lease is till the end of February with the opportunity to extend for as long as you like.
