I am sadly moving out of my flat, so an amazing double room is up for grabs in our lovely ground floor two bed apartment. I will be moved out by 7th December so it will be available from then :)

The property is right in the heart of Tooting Broadway. I have lived here for just shy of two years and it has genuinely been perfect. It has always felt like home. My lovely housemate just needs the right person to take over from me.

The Property

Room
Really lovely bright and spacious furnished double room with a large desk, double windows, wardrobe and two chest of drawers. There is also plenty of space under the bed.

Living room
A big living space that is perfect for having friends round, dinners and movie nights. A very cosy room.

Kitchen
Comes with a coffee machine, air fryer, oven, hob, etc, and plenty of space in the cupboards and fridge. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer!

Hallway
Absolutely loads of storage space for cases and shoes and whatever trinkets you may have haha.

Bathroom
Bathroom with bath and shower with a separate toilet. Very ideal when someone needs to shower and the other needs to pee.

Additional
The flat keeps heat well in the winter and stays pretty cool in the summer. There is also an online property system for reporting any issues. The flat is also constantly getting upgraded, so it's the perfect opportunity to have an affordable place that continues to get nicer! haha.

The Area

Five to ten minute walk to Tooting Broadway Tube Station. A literal three minute walk to Tooting Railway Station and bus stops right on the doorstep.

Close to Tooting Market, pubs and loads of restaurants.

Sainsburys Local and a gym are literally on the opposite side of the street!

Tooting Common is also only a short walk away and a really pleasant one.

About Housemate

Leila is a 29 year old civil servant and music lover. She enjoys music festivals, pub quizzes, exploring and travelling. She also loves chilling out with good food and movies. She is very friendly and has been lovely to live with.

Looking For

She is looking for a friendly housemate. Someone who is happy to hang out and do things together and also someone who is tidy and considerate. She is very understanding about taking time to recharge and having downtime.

Bills are usually £157 per month.
