2 double rooms available in Tooting Broadway

Hey! Sadly 2 of our housemates are moving out so we are looking for 2 girls who will be an active part of the household, who love to socialise and spend time together but also respect personal space and are clean and tidy!

Both rooms available from 20/21st December. No short term stays please :)

The house is in a great area, just off the main road of shops, pubs and restaurants and is a 2 minute walk to the Northern line. I do have a cat so no pets unfortunately! 🐈‍⬛

The bills on top of rent come in at about £80-110pm each and include gas, electric, water, CT, TV licence and WiFi. Rooms are all furnished with beds and wardrobes and street parking is available on our road with a permit 🤍
