Social House with garden and good vibes!

Hello!
We are two girls living in a newly refurbished ground floor apartment in Tooting. The tube station is at the end of the road, right next to Tooting Market and we are beside a gym and swimming pool and a ton of great pubs as well as tooting market!

The room available is a double room with ensuite and built-in wardrobe with mirrors. It is furnished with a double bed, but the room isn't massive (2 rooms in the house are smaller/medium and then Shay's got one slightly larger). There is a big space in the lounge/kitchen with lots of workspace for WFH including extra monitors etc that you are of course welcome to use. Happy to send a video of the room if you'd like before coming so as not to waste your time (I'll also try upload one on here).

We're looking for a person or (preferably) couple to join our flat and ideally be someone(s) who's quite social, keen to hang out together and the occasional pub outing. We are good friends with the flats above (all aged 25-35) and often spend time in and out of the other flats.

Current flatmates: I am 30 years old and work in fashion events - I travel sometimes for work but usually work Monday-Wednesday in the office and WFH Thursday & Friday. The second flatmate is Shay, who's just turned 18 - she came to live with me a few years ago to go to school in London. Shay is quite a bit more mature for her age than most and we get along more like best friends than kid/guardian, she also fits in seamlessly with our friend circles (all around 30s). My partner Jordan (27) is also planning to move in towards the end of the year. We're very social, but very chilled and like to watch a good crime documentary and looking for people who might be keen to get involved.

We're very easy going so looking for someone the same - the house is clean and well styled as I do some interior design projects and stylist work and cleaning is my therapy lol.

We have a chunky Persian cat called Cat, a white fluffy Pomeranian called Peanut and a grey bunny called Blueberry. We are open to new pets but would like for them to have a meet and greet.
