Bright Social House with garden & good vibes!

Hello! Our lovely flatmate Christie is moving out as he's bought his first place! However, it means we are looking for a new flatmate :)

We are two girls and one guy living in a newly refurbished light apartment in Tooting. The tube station (Northern Line) is at the end of the road, right next to Tooting Market and we are beside a gym and swimming pool and a ton of great pubs nearby as well.

The room available is a double room with ensuite and built-in wardrobe with floor length mirrors. It is furnished with a double bed, but the room isn't massive (however the bed can be turned the other way which frees up quite a bit of space in the room). Christie currently has a work desk and chair in there which works fine for him (but we do work from the kitchen mostly for the chat).

The kitchen/lounge is open plan with lots of workspace for WFH (including desks and extra monitors etc that anyone's welcome to use). Happy to send a video of the room if you'd like before coming so as not to waste your time (I'll also try upload one on here).

We're looking for a person or couple to join our flat and ideally someone who is keen to hang out together and the occasional pub outing. We are good friends with the flats above (all aged 27-36) and often spend time in and out of the other flats.

Current flatmates: I am 30 years old and work in fashion events - I travel sometimes for work but usually WFH a couple days a week. The second flatmate is Shay, who's just turned 19 - I took her in a few years ago so she can get better opportunities here for school, work & life. Shay is quite a bit more mature for her age than most and we get along more like mates than kid/guardian, she also fits in seamlessly with our friend circles (all around 30s). My partner Jordan (27) lives here but works 5 days at his office. We're quite social and do enjoy a good night out at Tooting Market with our friends (& the other flats), but also very chilled and like to watch a good crime documentary and looking for people who might be keen to get involved. We're super lucky to have made multiple for-life friends through Spareroom!

We have a chunky Persian cat called Cat, a white fluffy Pomeranian called Peanut and a grey bunny called Blueberry (uncaged). We are open to new pets but would like for them to have a meet and greet first :)
