Beautiful Double Room in Friendly Tooting House –

I’m looking for someone to take over my beautiful double bedroom in Tooting, as I’ve recently been offered a new job and will be moving too far away to commute.

You’ll be living with a lovely couple and another friendly housemate – all super kind, generous, and easy-going. Everyone has a mix of working from home and going into the office, so the house stays peaceful and relaxed. We enjoy the occasional dinner together but also respect each other’s space.

The house has a large garden, two bathrooms, a bath, a good-sized kitchen and living room, and comes fully equipped with everything you need.
We’re just 10 minutes from Tooting Broadway and 10 minutes from Tooting Station, making commuting very convenient.

The area is fantastic – I usually run to Tooting Common most days, and we’re surrounded by great cafés (I highly recommend Juliet’s!) and brilliant pubs.

I’m really sad to be leaving, as it’s been such a wonderful home. If you’re looking for a warm, sociable yet respectful household in a great location, this could be perfect for you!
