Roommate wanted!

Hi all,

We’re on the lookout for another housemate to join our contract for a 3 bed in Tooting Broadway. See the photos above, it’s a great flat with a spacious living room, bedrooms (choice of the two shown on the listing) and kitchen. All rooms have just been done up, ready to move in the first week of December. (the house looks bigger than the photos!)

The house is a 5 min walk from Tooting Broadway station, being right on the Northern line, with many good transport links nearby too. Additionally falls within Wandsworth council tax (being much cheaper!)
Bills approx 80-100 pm

We’re both 2 males in our early 20s working in central. Interested in sports and the odd pub trip.
