Hey everyone! Looking for someone to fill a room in our house asap as I’m moving out with my boyfriend, it’s a double room in 4-bed house in Tooting Broadway. Available from 15th December but can try make earlier work.

Energy bills vary between £20–£40/month
Zero deposit
Room comes furnished with double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and small desk.

Lauren (27) – works in SaaS and loves a bottomless brunch & a boogie🍹
Joe (28) – works in graphic design and in his marathon era 🏃
Dennis (28) – works in recruitment and always up for a pub quiz 🍻

Having been friends with them for 10 years, they’re a friendly and socialable bunch – enjoy spending time together (nights out, dinners, chill TV time) but all respect each other’s space and down time too.

Looking for someone clean, easy-going, sociable, and considerate, ideally a girl to keep the balance but open to consider for the right person.
