Tooting Broadway Sublet 2 months

Two month sublet but dates and timings flexible.

Living with two Australians, Jess, 30 and Holly 24. Both working professionals who like to chill in the evening on the weekdays but like an occasional pub trip. Watch a lot of sport, quite active, go to a lot of gigs and will often be out and about on the weekends. Sometimes hangout at home but also do our own thing. Looking for a housemate that would be doing similar.

Have a cleaner who visits once every couple of weeks but both housemates keep the common areas clean.

The house well connected being less than a ten minute walk from Tooting Broadway station, less than five to Tooting station and surrounded by lots of bus routes.

Supermarkets, gyms and post office all within a five minute walk.

No couples please, ideally looking for a female.
