🏠 Looking for someone friendly and tidy to take over my lovely room in a cosy, home-like flat in Tooting. The location is amazing , just 5 minutes’ walk to Tooting Broadway Station, and 4-5 minutes to both Sainsbury’s and Lidl. Super convenient for commuting and everyday shopping.

🏠 The flat is shared with two others, including a lovely housemate from Finland who is warm, respectful, and easy to live with. (We’ll be looking for a new housemate for the other room soon as well.) Ideally she’s looking for another female housemate, and professionals are preferred, though students are welcome (UK guarantor required).

🏠 The room comes fully furnished, and the flat itself is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully decorated, especially the living room, which is bright, cosy, and perfect for relaxing. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, an oven, a microwave, a kettle and a laundry machine. The bathroom has also been consistently kept very clean.
