Hello! We have a large double room available in our lovely flat due to our current housemate needing to relocate. You would be living with myself (Jake) and Alice, a teacher and a paralegal. We’re ideally looking for someone who is pretty laidback, fun to be around, and relatively tidy!

The property has a lovely open plan communal area, modern bathroom and a lovely back garden which is perfect for entertaining in the warmer months. Warm communal space and kitchen with washer/drier and a brand new dishwasher included!

Room comes furnished however can be left unfurnished/part furnished depending on preference. Located just a minute or two walk from Tooting Broadway tube station, Tooting High Street and big Sainsbury's. Easy access to multiple gyms. Also super close to St Georges Hospital, so could be perfect for hospital staff.

Can be flexible with move in date as needed. Current tenancy is until 6th September, which will then be renewed.
