We’re looking for another girl in her mid-late 20s to early 30s to join us in our 3 bed flat.

Bedroom available comes furnished with bed and built in wardrobes and drawers (other furniture including headboard is not included)

Rent is £875 per month plus an extra £100-£110 for bills (water, gas, internet, rates)

Shared spaces:
- Two bathrooms

- Separate living room
- Small garden area
- spare single bedroom (great for if you have people staying over)

📍 The house is ideally located close to Tooting Broadway High Street, Tooting Market, supermarkets, shops, restaurants and pubs.

🚂🚌 Excellent transport links with Tooting Broadway Tube Station, Tooting Station and nearby bus stops being a short walk away.

👯‍♀️ ABOUT US:
Current flatmates are in their late 20s.
One Kiwi (Caitlin) and one Scot (Mhairi-Louise). Both non-smoking working professionals.

Move in date is flexible, but December or January.

The flat is managed by a letting agency (Avrasons) so you will need to provide new tenant checks info to them before the room can be confirmed.

We’re looking for someone social and friendly so that we could spend time with but equally be able to have our own time and space (not a party flat).
