We have a spare room in our Tooting Broadway house as our housemate is working abroad. Looking for a sublet to fill the room from 15th December - Feb 26th (the end of tenancy). There is the possibility to sign a lease to be on the new contract from Feb 27th.

The house is 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, with a spacious kitchen/living room and patio garden.

- 2bedrooms and 1 bathroom on first floor, 1 bedroom with en-suite on top floor. You would share the 1st floor bathroom with one other housemate.

Current housemates are a friendly and sociable group of professionals. 3 housemates in total (A couple Georgia and Marty, and myself). Partially WFH/Office based. Looking for a friendly and respectful housemate to join the group.
