Double room in Tooting Broadway

This double room in a three bedroom flat is available from 27/1/2026. Ideally looking for someone to rent long term with myself and flatmate. The reason we are looking for a flatmate is our current flatmate is moving out with his partner.

You would be moving in with two young professionals, one of us works at Heathrow airport and the other is a AV tech. We work early morning and late nights so we ideally would like someone who is quiet but when we are all home willing for a chat or popping down to the pub.

We have lived here for two years, the property is a 10-15 minute walk to Tooting Broadway or a 5 minute bus trip. It is also a 20 minute walk to Earlsfield (5-10 minutes on the bus)or Haydon’s road stations.

We have a large size shared living room, with a drying cabinet which is perfect in winter!
In the kitchen we have several appliances; microwave, toaster, gas oven and air fryer all free to use. You would have access to your own shelf’s in the fridge/freezer and also your own cupboard for food storage.

Parking is available through Wandsworth council on the estate. I have a permit so if needed I can help with the process of a permit.

We are okay with smokers just only on the balcony! Not in the house.

Bills typically cost around £80-100pm which includes water, gas, electricity, WiFi and council tax.
