Hi girls!

One of the girls is moving out of our flat (moving out of London) and so we're looking for another girl to join us in our lovely 4-bed located near Tooting Broadway.

You'll be living with me and two other lovely girls, all in our mid-late 20s working in corporate jobs (mix of hybrid working).

We're chill, friendly, and very clean and tidy. This isn't a party flat, we like our weekday sleep and are respectful of others space and social batteries, however, would also love to be friends and go for dinners, swap awful London dating stories, and have the occasional night out! If you're laid back, tidy, ideally 26+, with a similar mindset please drop us a message 👯‍♀️

• Bright, Double bed, built-in wardrobe, under-bed draws, and room for a desk.

. Deposit is £952
. The landlord/agency will need references, salary details, employment contract, passport (ID)
. Move in date: 14th December (Lease begins on the 14th so will need to be able to pay rent from then!
. Rent is paid monthly on the 14th and bills at the start of the month
. Looking to confirm flatmate ASAP to leave time for reference checks etc.
