Double room in a 4 bedroom house living with 3 professionals - 2 male and 1 female. £1062.50 pcm excluding bills. The bedroom itself is furnished with a bed frame and mattress but the rest of the furniture is our current housemates and will be taken. Available from 5th January 2026.

The house features an open plan kitchen/living/dining room, 2 bathrooms and a separate office (with 2 desks and monitors). We’re a very easy going household who have our own things going on but also spend time together doing fun things. We’re all hybrid workers but mostly work from the office rather than at home. The house is a 3 minute walk from Tooting Broadway Station and right outside the back of Tooting Market (so lots of great food spots). The house is well-maintained, with a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

There is on street parking if you purchase a permit from the council.
